About Aaron
          Aaron was born in Portland, OR and raised in Coos Bay, OR, graduating from Marshfield High School in 1999 and has lived in the Willamette Valley since 2001.

While attending Chemeketa Community College, he completed his Real Estate License from Norm Webb Real Estate School and began his Real Estate career in 2007, bringing him to Cadwell Realty Group in January 2018.

Here at Cadwell Realty Group, Aaron is active in many residential sales, including co-listings with Jason Cadwell featuring 5 local builders and closing over 200 properties annually.

  • A Devoted Husband and Father to his wife and two kids.
  • He is a Willamette Association Of Realtors Board (WAOR) Member since 2013, becoming the 2019 President-Elect and was the 2017 Secretary Treasurer.
  • Was an Exclusive Broker with Hayden Homes, earning Rookie of the Year in 2013 and a Member of Inaugural MENSA (Mentoring & Education New Sales Agents) program in 2016 as well as a Member of the LDP (Leadership Development Program) class in 2017.
  • National Association of Realtors (NAR) & Oregon Association of Realtors (OAR) Member.
  • Is a Habitat for Humanity Volunteer.
  • Is a Volunteer YMCA Youth Coach for basketball and baseball.
  • Enjoys participating in City League competitive Basketball and Baseball.
